From Hartford: Take I-91 South to Rt. 9 South to exit 15 (Main Street, Middletown). Turn left onto Main Street and go south through the center of town until you reach the South Green (just past William St.). Old Church Street is on the right and is the northern boundary of  the green.  The church is just up the street on the right.

From the South: Take Rt. 9 North to exit 12 (Bow Lane).  Turn left at the first stop sign and right at the second stop sign onto Saybrook Rd.  Saybrook Road becomes Main St. at the South Green.   Old Church Street is on the left and is the northern boundary of  the green. The church is just up the street on the right.
